Joint Fluid (Hyaluronic Acid) (HA) helps to lubricate, rejuvenate and rehydrate joints. You'll find HA throughout the body, functioning in many different ways. In the joints, it has two main functions: Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) - Sulfur is an important component of joint cartilage.
