01 - What are your US shipping rates?

US - 7 Business Days Free for Orders Over $60. Flat Rate $3.99 for Orders Under $60
Note: Service not available to Military Boxes or US Territories.
   
US - 2 Business Days Approximately $10 + $0.50 per lb
Notes:
  • Service not available to PO Boxes, Military Boxes or US Territories.
  • Rural addresses, please allow an additional business day.
  •    
       
    US - Military Box Approximately $6 + $1 per lb
    Note: enter APO or FPO for City and select AA, AE or AP for State and United States for Country.
       
    US - Territories Approximately $6 + $1 per lb
    Note: select your US territory for State and United States for Country.

     



     
    02 - How will my order ship?
    Most orders ship via UPS.

    Shipments to PO Boxes, rural areas, Military Boxes and US Territories ship via the US Postal Service.

    Ground shipments to Alaska and Hawaii ship via the US Postal Service.

    Shipments weighing less than 1 pound may ship via the US Postal Service.
     



     
    03 - When will my order ship?
  • Orders received by 2 pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday ship the same business day, in most instances, and orders received after 2 pm ET ship the following business day.
  • Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays ship the following business day.

    05 - Will I receive a tracking number?
    Tracking numbers are available on all UPS shipments. Delivery confirmation numbers are available on all US Postal Service shipments.

    Your tracking or delivery confirmation number will be provided in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail sent to you when your order ships.
     



     
    06 - What can I do if I provide incorrect shipping information?
    We rely on our customers to provide accurate shipping information with their orders.

    If you realize you have provided incorrect shipping information at the time you placed your order, please e-mailing us at cs@VitaminCircle.com

    We will make the requested changes if your order has not yet shipped. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to make any address changes.

    We are not responsible for lost or unclaimed orders due to incorrect shipping information provided with your order. So please verify your order information is correct on the Order Confirmation Page and in your Order Confirmation E-mail.

    The full cost of shipping will be charged for reshipments necessary because of incorrect delivery information. Original shipping charges will not be refunded if the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped.
     



     
    07 - What should I do if my order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time?
    If you order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time listed above for the delivery method you selected, please contact us.

    Please be aware that UPS and the US Postal Service may leave your package while you are not at home. We highly recommend that you periodically check the status of your package by using the tracking or delivery confirmation number provided.

    We take full responsibility for all packages up to delivery. If the status of your tracking number (UPS) or delivery confirmation number (USPS) is DELIVERED and you have not received your order, we recommend that you check to see if your order has been left outside, ask others in your household and/or neighbors to see if they may have taken the order in or speak to the person that receives mail/packages if your order was delivered to your place of work.

    If you still can not find your order, please contact us.
     



     
    08 - What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
    Please contact us immediately if any of the products you ordered were damaged in shipping.
     



     
    09 - Do you charge sales tax?
